It's Beginning to Look a lot like Christmas!

The trees are covered in snow and lights along the streets as well as within the neighborhoods. The street lamps are covered to look like giant candles while the larger street lamps hold seasonal flags and snowflakes. Down at Cannon park, there is a large scene of carolers and happy people along with a Loveland arch. Take the kids or keep them home and go out for a romantic night on the town. Take a walk around Lake Loveland. As you stare up at the mountains, you will see the star on the foothills all lit up illuminating the area around it. This is what brings me joy during this season.
Stay the night at our brand new La Quinta Inn & Suites located a short way up the canyon but still in Loveland. There is a good chance you may see elk or deer!
The next day, you should venture on down to Downtown Loveland. The streets are lined with bronze sculptures and painted electrical boxes. You may even catch a glimpse of the heart sculptures.
Take a walk on down to the museum and check out the historical part of the museum as well as the gallery part. David Yust, a CSU professor and artist, will be presentinng "Chuck Close: Medium and Creativity" in the gallery part. Not only could you go see this during the day, on the 9th of December, Downtown Loveland will be having our Night on the Town. The stores and galleries stay open until 9 pm, and David Yust will be presenting his program there from 6pm until 9pm. Night on the town is always a blast because of the lively people and experience. Stop by the Pourhouse on 4th street to enjoy some excellent cuisine before the show! If nothing else, have a great time here in Loveland, Colorado because we want you here!
